This hammer is the perfect heavy forging/work crosspeen. Forged from 5lbs of 1045 and fit with a 15” beefy hickory handle this hammer will move some metal! The face features a slightly radiused flat grind that is conducive to forging and the peen is approximately 3/8” wide with a larger radius grind. This is a one off custom hammer so there is only one available. The hammer in the photos is the hammer you receive!
